Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using https://www.coyotemoon.ca (the “Service”), operated by Coyote Moon Hemp Co (“us”, “we”, or “our”), operated by Retro Relics Hemporium and Bazaar.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. They apply to all visitors and users. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us you must give information that is accurate, complete and current. Failing to do so is a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under it, whether with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to anyone, and to notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use.

Products, pricing and availability

We try to describe and price everything accurately, but errors can occur. If an item is listed at the wrong price or is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either correct the order with your agreement or cancel it and refund you in full.

Many of our pieces — crystals, stones and work by local makers — are natural or handmade. Colour, shape, size and markings vary from piece to piece, and photographs are representative rather than exact.

No medical or therapeutic claims

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The accepted payment methods are shown at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment has been received. Delivery and collection are covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Retro Relics Hemporium and Bazaar and its licensors.

Links to other web sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that we do not own or control. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site, and we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on them. We advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If you wish to close your account you may simply stop using the Service.

All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective you agree to be bound by them.
