Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Coyote Moon. Please read this before you buy — particularly the sections on refilled and opened products, and on fragile items.

In-store purchases

We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase with your original receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. We do not give cash refunds on in-store purchases — store credit or exchange only.

Online orders

Items that are unused, unopened and in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. To start a return, email info@retrorelics.ca with your order number and the reason. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Refills and opened personal care

Crystals, glass and fragile items

Crystals, ceramics, glass and other fragile pieces are checked before they are packed and are shipped with protective packaging. Natural stone varies in colour, shape, size and markings; small natural variations are not defects. We are not responsible for damage caused by handling after delivery.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives broken, or we have sent the wrong thing, photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@retrorelics.ca with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

One-of-a-kind and local maker pieces

Work by local makers is often unique and made by hand, so no two pieces are identical. These items are covered by the same return terms above; if you want to see more photographs of a specific piece before buying, call us and we will send them.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
