We ship across Canada by Canada Post, and you are always welcome to collect your order from the counter on 100 Ave at no charge.

Free in-store pickup

Choose In Store Pickup at checkout and there is no shipping charge. We will hold your order at 10118A 100 Ave, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 0V5 and let you know when it is ready.

Where we ship

We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not offer international shipping through this website. If you are outside Canada and would like something, call us on 780-832-0110 and we will tell you what is possible.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed on the next business day.

Tracking

Once your parcel is on its way you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number, which you can follow at canadapost-postescanada.ca.

What your parcel looks like

Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no description of the contents on the outside. Because Coyote Moon and Retro Relics are run by the same company and ship from the same address, the return label may read “Retro Relics, Grande Prairie, AB”.

Delays

Canada Post delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Rural and remote addresses can take longer.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If your parcel goes missing in transit, email info@retrorelics.ca with your order number. We will open a trace with Canada Post and work it through with you.
